Hi Brian and Chris,
I want to chime in here ... on the count of Omnidex users :)
Sites like mine (and I represent 2 non-profit foundations) that run the SRN
IRIS package use Omnidex as it comes bundled with the software.

The project on which I am working has been using Superdex since around
the time it started. We have found it to be a robust, easy-to-use
product. The few times we have needed support, we have found the support
people knowledgable and easy to work with.
I don't have any experience with Omnidex, but according to the manual we
looked at several years ago, their interface with Quick was not as easy
to use as the Superdex version. Has that changed any?
