hi all!
y.a.m.q? 'yet another mpex question' -- you should know
that by now :-)
the following is from a $stdlist:
66 :run main.pub.vesoft < /SYS/SYSCMD/mpexabortjob
67
68 MPEX/3000 30N10511 (c) VESOFT Inc, 1980 7.0

69 Executing IF HPINTERACTIVE THEN
70 Processing HPINTERACTIVE

72 Error: Doing Fopen of $STDINX.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
73 Error: Doing Fopen of $STDINX.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
74
75 END OF PROGRAM
the contents of the file being passed to main are:
ABORTJOB @[log in to unmask];noverify;quiet
this process had been working when the abortjob string was
being passed to mpex as an info string. (that is :run
mpex....;info="abortjob.....").
is main unhappy because it's getting it's input from an hfs
file? or because of i/o redirection? or the phase of the
moon? - d
