EMM386 error in WRQ Reflection 1 and 3000 Connection

Does anyone use Dell Latitude XPi CD notebook with Xircom CE3-100BTX PCMCIA
card? If yes, can you email your config.sys, autoexec.bat and netware net.cfg
file for me to reference? Because I don't know why it will hang up after I
exit the MSD command. Moreover, I must get EMM386 error and quit my windows
when I run WRQ Reflection 1 v4.x with WRQ 3000 Connection v4.x. The notebook
is using windows for workgroup 3.11 and the network driver is ODI.

If anyone have any advice, please email to me.
