Yes, try to find a class on POSIX as implemented on the HP e3000.  There are
HP-UX classes but HP-UX doesn't translate 100% to POSIX.  POSIX shell
programming is also available but it does no good if you don't have a
background first.  The POSIX bootcamps I have seen start too far back.  We
need something more intermediate.  This is going to be more of an issue as
people use more and more of the functionality afforded by the ported
software.

        I just received the April 2001 issue of the HP Computer News. On
page 11 is
        an
        article about the Education Services course offerings. There are
courses on
        E-services, OpenView, HP-UX, and Microsoft products. No mention of
MPE/iX.
        Due
        to the lack of marketing, no wonder no one signs up for MPE/iX
classes.
