We had an audit requirement to trace everything done by support users on
our production machine, and the only way we found to do this was by using
DSLINE;TRACE. The users log on to the development machine, and a script
connects them to production via a DSLINE. The format of the trace file
produced is not documented, and I had to write a program to allow the
session to be replayed, but I can provide further information if this
sounds of use.
