We got a c40d about a year ago...had nuttin but troubles with it for 6
months.  ...finally we told hp to take it away...they  took away the c40d
and worked with us to come up with a solution for our printing....
..we ended up with a d640....some initial troubles with the d640, but it seems
much better now.
