The workbook consisted of two files - a Freelance 2.0 file,
and a Microsoft Word 2.0 file.  I will be happy to email
them to anybody who wants them.  I'd also be more than happy
to put them on somebody's ftp server, if somebody wants to
volunteer one.  Or I can Federal Express a paper hardcopy to
people who send me a snailmail address.  (It's too big to
FAX it).
 
There is, of course, one more option.  I can upload them and
post them.  I hesitate to do that because I know that there
are a lot of people who pay for their net access by the
byte, and this isn't a binaries group.  But if enough people
want it posted, I'll do it.
