I was checking one of our systems and noticed what appear to be values
that I would consider out of range in the Resource display of NETTOOL

Here is the information that I saw - this is on a 6.0 system

The values I am concerned about are the ones with the frowns ':('

I do not understand how the used can so grossly exceeded the maximum.
Also the system was last restarted on Jan 8, 2009.
There are 2 10mb NICs in the system

I was checking because they are experiencing network slowdowns as of
recent, I do know that some
External network equipment has been replaced (switches I think) - this
site is not local to me so I 
Cannot look at any of the physical connections / equipment.
