i figured steve had hit the nail on the head with his answer....but
your listfile seems to indicate otherwise. a couple of questions...
can you do a listfile for the two programs (pwd and ls) you are having
trouble with?
on my 7.5 (btw, what os-level are you on?) system, i see:
:listfile pwd.hpbin,2
ACCOUNT= SYS GROUP= HPBIN
FILENAME CODE ------------LOGICAL RECORD----------- ----SPACE----
SIZE TYP EOF LIMIT R/B SECTORS #X MX
PWD NMPRG 128W FB 507 507 1 512 1 8
:listfile ls.hpbin.sys,2
ACCOUNT= SYS GROUP= HPBIN
FILENAME CODE ------------LOGICAL RECORD----------- ----SPACE----
SIZE TYP EOF LIMIT R/B SECTORS #X MX
LS NMPRG 128W FB 638 638 1 640 1 8
do you have these files? i should think the eof's would match,
regardless of mpe version....
the magic question (that everyone else is asking...) -- what is 'sh'
for you? udc? command file? program?
are you already in the shell when you type 'sh'? - d
