Most likely what is happening is that the MPE/V machines you are connecting
to don't have the streams move virtual terminal service. You can do a
NSCONTROL STATUS=SERVERS and look for the service labeled VTA. This is
required for the Microsoft Winsock but not necessary for RNS.
