If the soapbox is available, I would like to take my turn on it.

I don't really thing anybody outside of HP really cares whether it is called
an Express or a Powerpatch. What they do care about is getting the tapes
labeled correctly AND labeled in a manner consistent with the update
documentation and programs. I have seen tapes labeled MPE/iX 5.5 Express 3
(meaning subsys) and tapes labeled MPE/iX PROD/SUBSYS VUF C.55.03 If the
program asks for a SUBSYS tape then that is the way it should be labeled.

And if there are no Subsys changes between Express 3 and "Express 4" then
just relabel the tapes to say Express 4 or C.55.04 and send them as a whole
package. Then it really wouldn't much matter whether you knew ahead of time
what kind of release it would be.
