A Mac User and His TIFF File

We have:

1)  A Macintosh user on MS Office 2001

2)  Who receives our Fantasia forms 

3)  In TIFF format

4)  as an attachment

5)  Via a 3rd Party e-mail program.

6)  The user says these TIFF attachments are 
    'corrupted' at the receiving end.

What if anything, could be causing this problem for the user?

(We have 5 or 6 dozen other recipients who don't
have this problem.  What percentage of them are
Mac users, I don't know.)
