Okay, I finally got the tapes from HP.  After numerous
calls and emails, and after being told that I needed
to download the files from the ITRC (?), HP finally
agreed to send me the tapes.  So far, so good.

The sticking point now is that is all I received
(tapes).  No manuals, no communicator, no update
procedure checklist, just the tapes.  Attempting to
use the ITRC proved to be an exercise in futility.

Does anyone know where I can get the 7.5 upgrade
checklist?
