Well, I guess I simply must stand up for Minisoft. Here is my
experience with Minisoft:

>* setting function keys is much more limited than Reflection

Well, you must not be talking about setting function key *labels*
because we do that all the time via View and have no problems.
If you're talking about *programming* the function keys, I must
admit this is something I've not done for years (since using
ADDS terminals on a Prime).

>* when you print the screen, the cursor ends in a stupid place

I use the MS92 "Print Screen" button as well as the pull-down
"Print" menu to print selected portions of the screen and I've
never had any problems with it.

>* when you list a file, lines are substituted for others

Again, I've not noticed this "feature".

>* etc, etc.

Let me add something we are doing with MS92 (and I'm sure you
could do this with Reflection also, don't know about QCTERM):

We are using scripts (some static and some created on the fly)
to "shell" out to Windows programs and do stuff, like printing
bar code labels on a bar code printer attached to the PC. We
have a View application (written in COBOL) that allows the user
to bring up an item by unique serial number and then print up to
five different bar code labels for that product. The data for
the bar codes is retrieved from an Image data base, downloaded
to the PC (via MS92), and the bar code print (PC) application
is started. All from the COBOL application on the 3000.

I'm sure there are some things that MS92 won't do that Reflection
could, but I haven't run into any of them. Yet. As always,
it's probably best to demo all the termulators available and
decide for yourself. Because, after all, YMMV.
