The "BULDACCT" utility with the "VSACCT=user_set" option might be
very helpful.  Check in the Systems Utilities Reference Manual
section 4.  It's been a couple of years since I went thru that
process here ... and things have kinda faded out. (My wife tells
me I need a memory upgrade!)
