We use Minisoft ms92 and win92 (windows version). It works and
is cheap. The win92 version used to have various bugs, but they
are mostly gone. Support is ok. The emulator is pretty basic,
although they have added a command lanquage and include network
data comm. stuff the WRQ makes you pay extra for. However, WRQ
has a much more complete product and superior support - plus
Reflection tends to have everything and the kitchen sink as
        options. Reflectio FTP is wonderful.

Minisoft does fies bugs, but unfortunately bugs turn up a bit
too often for my taste. Updated version will have new bugs and
they don't carry over configuration files very well from one
version to the next. However, as I said it does work and is
relatively cheap - but you get what you pay for.

Have you looked at HP's advancelink for dos? If you connect
via serial or have an ns/vt stack for the network already, it
is a good product. We depend upon it for our student registration
and billing stations rather than ms92 - these stations do local
printing to attached printers and ms92 behaves differently than
        either Advancelink/dos or a 2392 terminal.
