First time posting a message. I'm new to the sys progamming group. I
getting my feet wet with mpe operating system. I found a command in here
that will delete all spool files and excplsts older than 15 days. I created
a job:
!JOB SPLDELET,MANAGER.SYS
!COMMENT THIS WILL DELETE ANY SPOOL FILES OVER 15 DAYS OLD
!RUN MPEX.PUB.VESOFT
!CONTINUE
DELETESPOOLFILE @[log in to unmask]@(SPOOL.READYDATE < TODAY-15)
EXIT
!EOJ

I'm looking to only delete the excplsts that seem to hang around forever.
This command worked fine then got an error trying to delete a $stdlist that
was still in a create state. Is there a way to be specific and only delete
spoolfiles or excplsts that are ready and older than 15 days.

Thanks Ed Coty
