As I predicted, there was a rash of replies to my message earlier today with a bunch of people responding.  Seems a lot of folks
missed the one message a few weeks ago.

Looks like Gavin and especially Greg missed a great occasion to be silent.  (But then again, that's not Greg's nature as we have
painfully found out over the last several months.)

I will add a couple of tables to the list and see you all next week.  Safe travel.
