Hi,

We would like to have a feedback about using Patchix as the patch
installation tool. This is only to find out your reaction to Patchix so
that we can try to improve it. Please respond to me also at the
following address : [log in to unmask]

1) What is your comfort level while using Patch/iX, on a scale of
1-5 where the ratings are follows :

1 - Thoroughly uncomfortable (Give me AUTOINST / AUTOPAT)
2 - Not very comfortable (Prefer AUTOINST / AUTOPAT)
3 - Fairly comfortable (Can manage with Patch/iX)
   4 - Comfortable (Prefer Patch/iX)
5 - Absolutely no problems (Give me Patch/iX)

2) While using Patch/iX, which are the areas in which you faced problems
or felt unsure of how to proceed ? If things went smoothly, please
   indicate that.

3) What improvements would you want in Patch/iX ?

4) Any other comments.

Some other related information we would like to have from you are:

1) What release are you presently on ? 5.0 or 5.5 ?

2) Have you used Stage/iX ?

3) If you are unhappy using Patch/iX, is your level of unhappiness high
enough to prevent you from making use of the Stage/iX facility ?
(Patchix is the only tool which is aware of Staging)

Thanx a lot in advance

Venu
