hard code all port, 100mb full or 10half depending.
Is it the same with Passive?
Does a PUT take as long as a GET?   For the same file?

 Subject: HP3000 WAN File Transfer

My HP3000 is slow when transferring files across WAN via FTP or DSCOPY.  Local speeds are normal.  Transfer speeds through the firewall are 10 times slower.  The network team has tried several different firewalls with various configurations without success.  Today we connected the HP3000 directly on the wide-open internet and the transfer times are as expected.

Has anyone ever seen this behavior?  Any suggestions?
