That would be Perl 4.0.36, which is no longer supported by the official Perl
developers.
I have ported the latest & greatest public release of Perl (5.004_01) to MPE/iX
and you can find it at:

My port of Perl is more than 99% fully functional on MPE, only failing 14 out
of 4100+ self-tests, and most of those failures are due to MPE POSIX not
supporting hard links.
