We had a zebra on our HP3000/70 for awhile a year ago. Now its with a
jet direct EX box and we print thru Espul to NT server to printer.
 
I think this was the setup:
Type     32
Subtype  14
Termtype 18
Baud     960
Mode     Spooled
Driver   HIOASLP0
 
Then of course you need a test label to send via FCOPY since zebra
printers ignore all data except correctly formatted things:
