I think I know a little about this. Two things need to happen, first
of all you need to be able to install some interfaces to the NM
compilers. ( I am assuming NM here )

You will need to know the manager.sys password in order to stream
these jobs.

Step one Install NM Compiler Interfaces

1) stream savecmdf.qeditjob.robelle {wait for job to finish}
2) stream qcompxl.qeditjob.robelle

Insure Coberr command is available.

The Coberr command is in a udc file called:

udc.catalog.robelle

In order to insure that this udc is loaded you can use the following
command within Qedit:

set udc udc.catalog.robelle

Then you can invoke the coberr process on your current program file
using the command coberr cob85xl,*

In order to make this udc available to all Qedit users you can add the
set udc udc.catalog.robelle command to either qeditmgr.pub.sys or
qeditmgr.pub.robelle and it will be available to all Qedit users.
