Wirt,

Therefore you are going on record as predicting that the US will invade
Iran.   Is that the point?

It's wild hearing critic after critic making their case based in such a
large part, not on what has happened but on what they predict one man will
do next.   Level of education, technical or scientific background, and other
factors seem to make no difference to the frequency of this fallacy.  I like
to say that people of politics similar to mine are less likely to fall into
this kind of error but I can't.

While some look at Bush and see an example of human cussedness I listen to
the critics words and observe what looks to me like the triumph of human
nature over thought.   Some in the so-called peace movement do these things
in the name of peace.  Instead of peace I see corruption and invitation for
future conflict.   What is the use of being a critic if one repeats the
error that one speaks against?
