Interex maintains a list on the Web.

For Connecticut, well, there isn't one.  HOWEVER, they suggest you call
(408) 743-4637 or email them at [log in to unmask] for info on starting
one yourself.

For Northern CA, there are several (Bay Area, Sacramento,
Cal Bay [Oakland]).
