There wasn't a specific Robelle product per se, but you could be thinking of our Xpress mail product that was able to send a file. There was the PC component called Pony Express, that interfaced with Xpress from a PC (and had it's own editor).

Sounds like a ROBELLE product but nothing beyond a vague recollection. Is Rob on this list?

Subject: [HP3000-L] [EXT]: Stock tab report reader for HP spool files

    External Email

A long, long time ago, I can still remember. . .

. . . a PC based application that could parse spool files. It could do searches and so forth as well, but the main thing it did that we needed was to simply display a spool file on a screen (80 and 132 column) as it would appear on a printed page.

We have long since lost track of this, and doubtless it was a DOS program, but we now have need of such a beast once again.

Does anyone know of such a thing that runs on windows, and preferably Mac OSX as well?

Alternatively, does anyone on the list handle distributing spool files in this matter. If so then how?

    Regards,
