Of course, the really big question is -- why are average Joe.Mortal users  
making mods to
the accounting structure to begin with?
 
This practice is supposedly the task of the "System Manager." He/She is  
supposedly the one responsible for setting up/modifying the accounting  structures.
 
When average users are able to whack anything on the system they  choose, 
then it sounds 
to me like a security violation of sorts.....
 
Like I said (half joking, half not -- cut their arms off !)
