Yes, I use Sanface's txt2pdf on our HP3000!
I toss the documents into a subdirectories on
Apache without an index file, and just let the
user's browser deal with folders.  (Works great.)

No, I don't use 'backgrounds'.  Like anything else
on the HP3000, once I get it working properly, I 
otherwise don't mess* with it.
