This is pretty much the same story with most all the products that are
'supported' out of Roseville. For a number of years the annual feedback
from Roseville on a number of the products that they 'maintain' has been
that the enhancements/etc. are "under investigation". Recently this
response has been changed to "currently have no plans", which is probably
a more accurate response. In the meantime technology marches forward and
these products become more and more outdated.....
(Note: Although I use the terms 'supported' and 'maintained' as one might
expect I'm not sure these are the real correct terms by which we should
refer to this non-existent effort. Although one in awhile they do throw
something to us users....)
