vt3k installation in AIX 4.1 operating system

Dear Sir,

We have downloaded a free copy of vt3k for AIX 4.1 from www.3k.com site.
Unfortunately, we could not uncompress the file we downloaded
(freevt3k_aix4.Z). We tried to use the UNCOMPRESS software with no
parameters. The uncompression procedure ended with a freevt3k_aix4 file
created. The operating system detects this file as text.

Would you mind giving us some information about the next steps? We
really need you expertise and we would appreciate your help.
