I don't want to belabour the point, but this raises other questions:
 
1. Since I (and presumely others) did not receive a SUBSYS tape with my
C.50.03 Express Powerpatch, then is it correct to assume it was because
Image/SQL was my only optional product?
 
2. For those who did not ask for Express 3 (and here I am assuming it was a
"pull" rather than a "push") and subsequently request the latest powerpatch,
are they really expected to know that they should also ask for the Express 3
SUBSYS tape?
