It was a bad week for mail bounces. The following people were removed

HP3000-L: error report from LOGIS.ORG
User mail received addressed to the following unknown addresses:
  LOGIS/CENTRAL/dbabcock

Also getting continued bounces from schmida@dupont for newsgroup echoes,
possibly a local configuration error, but he does get "most" mail so he
stays on the list (please discuss this with your mail admins however).

mail11: Error from DECnet MAIL object on node "esvax",
        during mail delivery to <ESVAX::CDCIL1::XEBH::SCHMIDA>.
        Remote error code is 0x7e820a, message is:
%MAIL-E-READERR, error reading
-RMS-W-RTB, 404 byte record too large for user's buffer
550 <[log in to unmask]>... User unknown

Bounced, cannot deliver:

Apologies if any of these were "transient" errors, but they've been
pretty persistant over several days. Sorry for bandwidth waste but
after getting some "frustrated" complaints from subscribers targeted too
soon, I thought I'd document the "executions" and the "evidence" prior
to doing the deed this time around.
