It was a bad week for mail bounces. The following people were removed

possibly a local configuration error, but he does get "most" mail so he

Apologies if any of these were "transient" errors, but they've been
pretty persistant over several days. Sorry for bandwidth waste but
after getting some "frustrated" complaints from subscribers targeted too
soon, I thought I'd document the "executions" and the "evidence" prior
to doing the deed this time around.
