We use Codewright by Premia Corp.  While it has no hooks into the HP 3000,
it has all the nice features of a Windows based editor and can be
customized easily.  We simply transfer our source files back and forth
using Reflection scripts.   I have even been able to program it to
recognize Transact and color keywords and other syntax.
