Just a question to my friends out here to find out What could work.

I am looking for a procedure, algorithm, information, idea,

 hint, clue, place to find manuals, parameters that

can be used within utility programs, etc, etc.

which can make a download from HP-3000 files

that they have Arabic information into a

client-server environment also in Arabic language..

as far as I know HP-3000 is using ASMO449, but not sure,

 and the new environment is using ASMO708.

A simple transfer of data doesn’t work, a conversion

process must be applied, but what should be done?
