I'm looking for RECOMMENDATIONS for an autoload DVD burner that can
hold at least 100 Blank DVDs in its input tray and at least 100
burned DVDs in its output tray for use on a Windows XP PC.

I'd expect this to be a fairly common need but I'm finding that sales
people can't give me a "Yes, our solution will work" or "No, our
solution won't work" answer, which is very frustrating.

Maybe some of the HP 3000 vendors who also work in the PC market
place know of some (or have) some solutions. My budget is limited.

Requirements:

1) Make backup DVDs from a PC with approximately 6.4 TB of data
(approximately 11.3 million files varying from 1 Kb to 220 MB in
size) without having to manually change DVDs as each disc completes
(desired: operator required only when a stack of 100 DVDs needs to be
removed from the output tray and 100 more blanks added to the input tray).

2) Software that will work with the above drive and wait for the
operator to unload burned DVDs and load more blank DVDs.

3) The software should allow the specification of an input file
containing a list of fully-qualified (full path and file name and
extension) file names as the set of files to be burned.

4) The software should burn the DVD as Data DVDs which are directly
readable by Windows XP and/or Vista without any special utilities needed.

The reason for requirement 3 is that I need to be able to select
files based upon criteria that is very unlikely to be a feature of
any standard backup software (like basing the selection on the EXIF
Image Capture Date/Time of an image file).

Any recommendations?

I'm providing press photo coverage of a convention this weekend so
I'll be mainly checking email at off hours (2 AM after the concert
and 9 AM before the first event of the new day begins)

Thanks for your help!

John
