Nor is it relevant for Orange County.  Weather patterns even vary
within the county since it is so large.  I drive through the
western part of Anaheim every day on my way to work.  The winds
have been real calm in the morning, but they pick up a little
in the afternoon.  That shouldn't be of any concern for this
project.
