Well...  Umm...  <blush>     (thanks Lars!)

This is a command file that lists accounts/users and their passwords:
   http://www.denkor.com/hp3000/command_files/XEQs/listpass.txt

It uses the not-very-efficient message file method, which works,
and it doesn't assign passwords.  If someone creates one that works
better and/or assigns passwords, send it my way, and I'll put it on
the page! (with full credit, of course!)
