Build a file, set a file equation:

:BUILD FOO;REC=...
:FILE QSLIST=FOO,OLD;DEV=DISC

Run Query and redirect its output:

:RUN QUERYNM.PUB.SYS
 >REPORT
 >>OUT=LP
 >>...
 >>...
 >>END

That's it.
