Although that's true, I'm not sure it's a suggestion that Adager would
completely appreciate (although they would never say so). Adager is responsible for
Adager's products, not everyone else's. Unless Adager offers a paid
subscription service for generalized database help, I wouldn't bother them.
My advice remains the same. If you are having a problem with a particular
vendor's products, talk to that vendor.
