amen!!

fwiw, sig sysman asked csy, at last year's hpworld, to change their business
model to something quite similar to what john just proposed.  (not meaning to
steal john's thunder...but trying to throw in some extra weight :-)

mpe *will not* survive if the 'capabilities' that other os have are not
available until csy acknowledges a 'customer need'.  rather, try using the
'build it and they will come' philosophy.
