What Barry said is still true AFAIK.

I'm not aware than anybody has seriously tried to port SSH to the e3000. You
certainly wouldn't be able to run MPE (i.e. non-POSIX) programs underneath
SSHD, and the SSH client would probably have severe trouble because MPE's POSIX
I/O support for terminal devices is a bit lacking (mainly you can't select() on
a terminal file descriptor).

This is just speculation though. Maybe SSH has evolved to be more portable and
has alternate solutions for some of the things lacking in MPE. We won't know
for sure until somebody seriously tries to build it on MPE (i.e. configure and
compile cleanly).

If Wilson could explain a bit more about what he'd like to accomplish with SSH
on MPE, perhaps HP3000-L could suggest some viable workaround alternatives.
