Chuck,
Yes I do.
<rant on> (I saw someone do this and thought it cool)
The same old game... If it doesn't pay a 300 % dividend
then they don't want anything to do with it. I had my predictive support
dropped (7 mo. ago... just caught it) and not a s#@t, boo or how do you
do. I asked my salesperson about it and he didn't know anything about
it. The contract person didn't know anything about it. I guess since it
was free when you have hardware/software support, they can not remove
it anytime they choose. Its really starting to p#%* me off. I inherited
the contract maintenance a couple years ago.. after about a year I caught
(yes, it took me a while) them charging me twice for one 6250 tape drive.
They ended up taking off 4 months, but it went back for at least two years.
They moved me from 4 hour response to 8 hour response because I was
out of the area for 4 hour response...... I didn't move.. The field
engineers
didn't move.... my support cost didn't go down. What the hey?????
<rant off>
I just get a little more than irritated.
Mellow in Moses Lake
GAry
