I may be completely wrong, but now I'm not sure.  I quoted from the
minutes of the most recent Board meeting on the web site, but this
might be for a different amendment.  The minutes for the correct Board
meeting might not be posted.

Can someone please straighten this out?  Either the Board has
something to apolgize for or I do.  If it is me, I would like to start
apologizing as soon as possible.
