Are you talking about Netmail from 3K Associates?  It has a built-in POP3
server.  Just turn it on (in the NETMAINT program), and point MS Outlook at
your HP3000.  I'd rather use Netmail on my HP3000 as my mail server than any
other server I've ever had to manage.  Not only is the product excellent (and
it runs on MPE!), but the support from is top-notch.
