Let me state clearly. As far as the current dbupdate is concerned, the current
record, the forward and backward pointers remain unchanged (refer discussion
under DBUPDATE in TurboIMAGE manual).
Re-read of internal structures is done by IMAGE to ensure that. It is not the
re-reading of the updated
item.
