Subject: Re: [HP3000-L] OT: Terry Jones (from Monty Python) on War

Wake up everyone. The invasion is on schedule. If you think the UN or
anyone else has anything to do with it you are a fool. We do not want or
require your approval. Besides, the French and Germans will be on board
just as soon as Saddam finishes shredding the last invoices for all the
stuff that proves their complicity is his reign of terror over Iraq.

It's not about oil, either. Iraq produces something like 1 or 2% of the
world's oil. Big deal. Everyone knows he'll send it all up in flames when
we come anyway. If it were about oil the we would *buy* Iraq.

All you whiners are just pissed and embarrassed that the US is the only
country to back up what it says. Without us the UN would be an impotent
joke. Have all of you forgotten that without us you would be living in the
Union of German Fascist Republics?

You're all lily-livered fools. If Saddam acquires nuclear weapons, he will
overrun the Middle East and use the threat of his nukes to prevent anyone
from stopping him. We will not allow that to happen. No, we are not the
world's policeman. We are the protector of your freedom. If you are too
stupid to see that and too afraid to do what must be done then at least do
us all a favor...stand aside and shut-up!

My opinion is my own and, coincidentally, that of the vast majority of
Americans and the vast majority of the international community.

Cary
