We have contracts with HP for next day onsite support for several LP 500 line printers. The cost for the contracts that are expiring at the end of this month is $37/month or $444/year. HP is quoting us a cost of $70/month ($840/year) to renew these contracts, and they have no explanation for the big jump in price. Has anyone else experienced a sharp jump in printer support charges from HP?
