Figured it out, no problem.

I looked in the with the good 'ol FCOPY ...;CHAR function 
and noticed all the Manual and Tutorial were all hardcoded 
to be in the AICS.SYS group.account.

Kinda explains why the old version I placed in the CSLXL 
account idn't display those files ...
