Kirby,

The behavior discribed does not support my understanding of the
"TrueOnline" version of TSTORE. I believe that your vendor is mistaken
and that whomever they talked to at HP was possibly mis-informed.
However, I am aware that there have been some issues with non-HP
database products so before I go much furhter with this please reply
privately via e-mail as to the the name of the vendor and any tracking
information available like Service Request ("SR") or Call Id numbers
that will help me track things down on the HP side of this issue.  Best
