RE: "The average system uptime of Windows 2000 Professional is over 50
times
that of Windows 98."

I guess it depends on your definition of the words 'average' and 'uptime',
now doesn't it!

Subject: OT: Comparing Downtime Stats

In the mail today I received a .ZIP T-shirt. After unfolding, it boldly
proclaimed:

    "Microsoft Dell
The Business Desktop 2000

   Protecting the world
      from downtime"

Intrigued by the paradox, I read the enclosed literature which claimed that

"The average system uptime of Windows 2000 Professional is over 50 times
that of Windows 98."

Does this mean it takes longer to finish one's work ?
